Registration is open

We officially start taking registrations today!

For the first time we’re accepting online registrations which should make the process easier for parents since they don’t have to call in to a phone number on a specific day.

We know however that things don’t always go according to plan. If you have any problems with the online system, please let us know so that we can do what we can to make the process work better. You can use the Contact Us link above to drop us a quick note.

Big Brother is coming…

…to Venue 2.

More details soon!

We need YOU!

Yes, it’s that time of year again - the planning for this year’s Holiday Club has begun!

The material this year - entitled Champions of Hope - will have a sporting theme (the Olympics will be upon us by then) but don’t worry the helpers don’t need to be sprint champions, just fit enough to survive a week of Holiday Club fun!
During the week the children will learn about Jesus and the hope that we have if we trust in him. They will also discover how this certain hope can affect every aspect of their lives.

As usual there will be craft, drama, games, discussion, worship and above all loads of fun!

The Champions of Hope launch and prayer evening on April 24th, 8pm at Well Street Church will be an opportunity to find out more about this exciting week.

Volunteers

If you would like to help at Holiday Club this year please read on…

We will be running every morning from 4th - 8th August. The children and young people will be at the venues from 9.45am until 12.15pm, so we will need the adult volunteers to arrive at 9.00am.

As in previous ears the children currently in year 5 or below will be at the Parish Church. Those in year 6 or above will be at the Royal Latin School. In addition, we are able to offer places for children under school age for parents that are helping at Holiday Club.

After each morning’s session lunches will be available for the helpers if you wish to stay. This is a great opportunity to unwind and socialise with other parents, comparing notes and experiences.

Last year we had around 120 adults
helping on the two sites and we will need a similar number again this summer. We would love you to join us! Although it is still a long way ahead we would like to know as early as possible who is able to help so please could you return your form as soon as you are able.

Come and join us for an amazing week!
