If you're helping at Holiday Club 209, there are some important dates and information that you'll need to take note of. Please pay particular attention to the training dates.

| Time: | 9.00am - 12.30pm (helpers) 9.45am - 12.00pm (children) |
| Venue 1: | Helper’s children up to school year 5 @ Parish Church (N.B Pre-school places available to Helper’s children only) |
| Venue 2: | Year 6 upwards @ Royal Latin School |
| Helper’s Lunch: | Served at the parish church from 12.30pm daily during Holiday Club week |
| Training dates: | As a minimum all helpers need to attend one Child Protection training session. Choose from one of these dates: 20th May or 4th June. In addition venue 1 will have Group Leader training session on30th June. Venue 2 leader training dates have not yet been set. |

| Child protection: | Every helper will need to have a current CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) disclosure. Please see the website for more information. |
